Educational license installation

I've tried downloading and installing an educational license for AutoCAD Map 3D onto my new laptop (Windows 10, 64-bit), but it fails every time. I've tried every version available 2014-2017 and I just keep getting the message that it has installed but with bits missing, and the bits missing are everything!?

What am I doing wrong?

you see that you've got errors 1603 as well as 1619, have you tried to search for that errors?
There exists already a lot of valid suggestions for how to proceed ... >>>click<<<
