Drawing crashes and unable to select entities

Can also post the xref and data connection data but thought would start with this.

We intermittently have "problem" drawings, the attached is one.

Cannot select entities intermittently (typically after draw new polyline etc)

Sometimes turning on/off map base works but typically have to reopen drawing.

Oftening saving is when it will crash.

Can anyone take a look at the dwg and see if any issues?

Thanks for uploading your drawing. Unfortunately, all data connections and Xrefs are 'Not Found.' (See below.)

Without these connections your issue can't be recreated so an evaluation of your dwg won't be meaningful. 

If I were to guess, though, I start with the WMS imagery. Image connections such as those are notorious for causing crashes. If you can find, download and use an alternate form of imagery, you may have better luck.
