Customise a Reference Grid

Hi all

I need to customise a reference grid in terms of: grid line colour, graticules, text orientation, text size, text colour and precision of the numbers.

How do I do this?

For example in the images the black lines with graticules don't work for me. I need my grid as in the other image with grey lines.
