I am able to load map online data on my 2017 map 3d version, but not able to in newly installed map 3d 2018 version. I have run the hotfix (that's why it works on 2017 version) . I receive the error " you do not have permission to access online map data" go to account settings and check your entitlement to use online maps"
when I click on the accounts settings, it only requests a log id or password change or update, there are no accounts settings or permissions.
