Cannot edit new feature until check in

I recently ran an update to Map3d and connect to SQL to edit features - after the update I find that since the update I cannot edit a new feature unless check them in.  For example if I copy something, I cannot edit it until I do a check in.  It did not act this way before the update.

Are you editing a field? What field? Can you post a Table View of your data using Map3D?Do you have Autocheckout turned off?

It happens when copying a feature.  Cannot select it until I check-in.  I did some troubleshooting.  It is only happening on one of my databases.  Other databases work normally.  Also happens in versions 2021, 2022, and 2023.  I will need to do some more troubleshooting to find out why it is just his one dataset.

Found this to be a dwg issue.  Not sure what setting or setvar caused the behavior.

Saved my layers.  Made a new drawing.  Imported the layers, and it is working fine now.
