Can't find contour layer in WMS connection with CRD.

Looking for some help/ input please.

I have loaded all 3 WMS connections from this page just fine;

http://www.crdatlas.ca/geospatial-data.aspx

all are connected and listing all of the layers (it seems) but I cannot find the "contour" layer that is available on the Atlas viewer available here:

http://viewer.crdatlas.ca/public#/Home

under the layer "contours".

Here's that layer info:

 Current Version : 10.04,
  Id : 3,
  Name : Contours-1m Interval 1:7500,
  Type : Feature Layer,
Description : The contours were generated from compiled DEM based on Geodetic Mean Sea Level taken at time of photography. The seamless contour database was created using 2005 and 2007 data.  Specific areas in the Juan de Fuca Planning Electoral areas were redone i 2013.  ,
  Definition Expression : ,
  Geometry Type : esriGeometryPolyline,
Copyright Text : Capital Regional District, 2013,
  Parent Layer : null,
  Sub Layers : ,
  Min Scale : 7500,
  Max Scale : 1,
  Default Visibility : true,
  Extent :
    Xmin : 386733.981,
    Ymin : 5350798.534,
    Xmax : 496738.5,
    Ymax : 5429193.001,
    Spatial Reference :
      Wkid : 26910

I've loaded a DEM file from CGIS data and it works fine, but the contours created from that (at the highest resolution that I could get) are slightly different from the viewer's contours.  Just looking for some input or if anyone has perhaps been down this road before.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Perhaps the contours weren't added, just because they are vectors, whilst a WMS server offers raster content.

You'd better look for a WFS server, offering full resolution vector content, sir.

Thank you for your response. You are correct, they had not made that layer available via dataconnection so I traced them by hand.
Thanks again.
