AutoCAD point file to Garmin GPS shpfile

How do you take an AutoCAD point file to Garmin GPS shpfile. Using AutoCAD 2018

With plain AutoCAD you don't with out add-ons. With AutoCAD Map3D you can use the mapexport command and select ESRI Shp file as the file type then select your points.

Garmin uses a "GPX" file extension for both Waypoints and Trackpoints. To convert an AutoCAD Point File, like TXT or CSV, to a GPX, you can use the free QGIS.
