Autocad Map 3D Toolbars flickers

Hi,

We are having the anoyng problem with Autocad Map opened in fullscreen, when we zoom or move the map the toolbars flickers. When Autocad is not in full screen the flickers disapear, but reaper when we move the window  to the  right of the screen over an area about 32 pixels wide !

The attached video  shows what is going on.

Can someone have a look into that ?

Thanks,

Saïd Chikh

Hi Saïd,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Maybe use GRAPHICSCONFIG to turn off Hardware Acceleration.

Try this:

Right-click an icon on one of the Toolbars==>Lock Location==>Select Docked Toolbars/Panels.

As an experiment, arrange your Toolbars vertically instead of horizontally. Either place them on the left or right edge of your monitor. Make sure the Toolbars are arranged side-by-side with only one Toolbar per 'vertical column.'

You already know flickering occurs when the Toolbars are horizontal. In this experiment, does the flickering persist when the Toolbars are vertical?

Unfortunatly same problem when the toolbars are vertical and placed on the left or right.

Thanks anyway.

2020 is not new: so what is with your setup?
Is this a laptop with a second monitor?
Post a screenshot of your ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-ups please.

And if I may ask, why all those toolbars PLUS the Ribbon? Do you not enjoy a larger drafting area? Or just don't know you can turn off the RIBBON or at least minimize it to just a toolbar? These latter options may help as well.

Hi,

From Autodesk support the problem is the graphics card is not certified, only some NVIDIA or AMD/RADEON cards certified, all Intel are not.
