AutoCAD / MAP 3D - Bing Maps licence agreement / terms of use.

I'm currently trying to compile a document which shows all mapping licence agreements for use of mapping for internal and external commercial purposes for our company.

One of the standard mapping we use is the Microsoft / Bing maps available within AutoCAD, is there a licence agreement within AutoCADs TOU which says anything relating to this?
