Visual studio debug - autocad map 3D 2017 crash

Hello, I have a problem with debuging from visual studio 2015. All worked nice on Windows 7. I have new PC with Win 10 (same autocad same visual studio) and Iam unable to debug anything : Autocad starts and crashs while loading plugin acadmap.arx.

When I start Autocad and netload my plugin builded from Visual on my new Win10 PC, all works fine.

But there is now an another problem : RIBBON unknow command
