Hi i have a problem with Autocad interface the top bottom its white have some idea what is the problem ?

Well, that's most probably the source of your issue, AutoCAD 2014 (and so all verticals like Map3D) are not compatible with Windows 10.

You might try run AutoCAD Map 3D in compatibility mode (>>>more info's<<<).

If you don't want to update (and as we are expecting more updates for Windows 10) think about creating a virtual system based on Windows 7 and running AutoCAD in that mode.
