i would like to block the checking out or checking in or blocking of a feature modification if a certain attribute has a specific value. The features are in an industry model on oracle database.
I hoped I could catch a CheckingOutFeature event and block it, but I can't seem to find it.
I think I can solve it with featurerules, before insert update delete, but is there another way?
