Palette Creation in R15+

Hi,

I wish that I could find away to convert my old R14 menu palettes into R15+ palettes (like the ones used in the Bhatch command). The Migration Assistant missed it. Please help?

Thank you,
Germain

What menu palettes, do you mean toolbars, or hatch
patterns, ?

The hatch patterns are saved in a text file
acad.pat, simply cut paste the old descriptions, if that's what you
mean!

Thank you for the dialog Yves,

Actualy, in the Bhatch dialog box, next to the Pattern dropdown box is the button "..." for the "Hatch Pattern Palette". This palette looks slightly different than in R14, but the principle is the same. I was shown how to modify the R14 palette configuration for use with various block librarys that could be incorporated into the menu and toolbar structures. I'm sure that these precreated palettes that we have here can be upgraded to R15 with minimal effort. I just don't see it yet.

Here is an example:

(The toolbar icon calls)

$I=elect $I=*

(Which launches the palette)

//
// Begin AutoCAD Image Menus
//

***image
**elect

[smud(E123,E123 ADJ INDUCTOR)]^C^C-LAYER S DEVICE -INSERT E123 \ \
[smud(E124,E124 ADJUSTABLE OR CONT. ADJUSTABLE INDUCTOR)]^C^C-LAYER S DEVICE -INSERT E124 \ \

Thanks again,
Germain
