Converting ArcMap ArcView MXD

Hi all,
We have ArcMap ArcView MXD files and we want to convert it to any
readable format for autodesk map or mapguide
any idea?

Hi,

Is there a feature to save the files as ArcView SHP files? You could then
use Autodesk Map's import engine to translate to DWG.

No, I'm pretty sure there is not. Now that ESRI have replaced the .apr file
with this binary thing, you cannot get to that data.
