Zoom extent doesn't work

Hi, my zoom extents doesn't work on the dwg attached. I cant see anything in the model space. Could anyone help ?

Everything is in paper space and not model space

No viewports in the layout, nothing is looking at modelspace. See below, I moved different portions of the layout outside the page to demonstrate...

As others have so well stated, you have nothing in Model because for some reason everything is drawn in Layout 1.02.03 GROUND FLOOR PLAN

To properly move everything from Layout to Model with the proper scaling:

1. ScalelistEdit & Reset from Imperial scales to Metric scales since this is a metric drawing

2. Mview a Vport in Paper space the same size as the sheet: 420,297

3. Set Vport standard scale to 1:100 matching scale shown on layout

4. Layer Unlock the 3 Layers: (since there's nothing frozen or turned off) & these can be relocked later

5. Use Chspace command, select all except for the Vport and AutoCAD will automatically properly move the selection from the current layout into the 1:100 scaled Model space of the Vport

So now in addition to seeing the objects in the Layout you'll also have the correctly scaled objects in Model :
