X axis is backward

AutoCad Lt 16:

I have been working on a drawing of and on for several days.  Suddenly, blocks in insert and lettering comes in mirrored.  The X axis on the UCS point to the left instead of the right.  Y axis is still vertical.  How do I change this.  FYI, when I open another drawing the X/Y axis is correct.

Make sure your UCS is set to WORLD. Type UCS at command line hit enter then W and enter. After that type in PLAN hit enter then W and enter.

Do not know what I did, but while trying different thing, I somehow got the UCSICON turned the right direction.
