Why is the drawing tilted?

I have noticed when I draw a circle, the default snap points are rotated by some degree. Also when I copy and past a text from excel for example, the default angle is not zero.

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

UCS command is not set to WORLD?
PLAN command is not set to WORLD?

Help yourself by turning on UCSICON and see if offers more clues.

Not unusual for a rotated views!

Pendean has already provided the appropriate terms, this is about PLAN (and possibly also UCS)

PLAN was not set on world. After I change it to World, the drawing tilted.

Is there any problem if I keep the drawing the way it was?

Maybe the architect who wanna incorporate my mechanical drawing have to adjust the rotation angle?
I'm leaning toward to keeping the drawing with the former UCS angle because fixing all the drawing will take some time.

What PLAN set to CURRENT UCS? if that made everything else look good, that's the PLAN setting you needed.

Did you change UCS to WORLD as well?

FYI you can do whatever you want in your DWG file: if that impacts your project partners hen you need to ask them your question.

UCS and PLAN in YOUR drawing has nothing to do with architects job.
