When using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V the block is far away from the Cursor

<p>When using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V the block is far away from the Cursor for specifying the insertion point. How do I make the cursor appear at the basepoint on the block?&nbsp; In block editor the UCS and parameter for the basepoint are placed on the&nbsp;</p>

Ctrl+C will always draw an imaginary boundary around all of the objects and use the bottom left hand corner as the block basepoint.

 

If you want to choose your own basepoint see the image below
