What are my options for producing a DEM model?

Hello, I have AutoCad LT 2018 and a surveyor has provided me a 3D DWG file.  I notice that the elevations show in LT.  What I need to do is create a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) with these 3D survey points. What are the options in LT, or is there an upgrade I can get that can do this?

AutoCAD/LT is not designed to import USGS DEM, ESRI Arc Grid, or GeoTIFF files to create a DEM.
