Once you manually enter your viewport, the commands to use are UCS (rotate around Z if yoou are in a plan view) followed by PLAN command set to the "current UCS".

Or you could try this much easier method https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2017/ENU/Au...

But... there is no SLICE feature/command in LT, that is only a feature in full AutoCAD.

Your task was good. But the point is to find or add to Autocad LT a way to rotate de view in 2D.

So.. what parameters are you looking for? details please, we cannot guess at what you want help with if we don't know the detailed information.

Experiment with the commands I listed, write down what you want as you use them, then post back.

EDIT: explore this post in the meantime https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-forum/rotate-view-macro/td-p/2096000
