unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at

Anonymous
Not applicable

Every time I try to convert my drawing in pdf, fatal error message pop up. "unhandled access violation reading 0x0000 exception at C1A6EB93h"
I also tried to print out my drawing with my local network printer. There was no fatal error message, and seems everything goes well on my computer. however, there was no signal at all on my printer, and finally I couldn't get any drawing which I order to.
I really want to know why this error happen, and how I can fix.

Thank you in advance.

Is this problem with ALL files, or just this one file?
Has this ever worked with you current setup? Or is this a new setup?
Your AutoCAD/LT year version is...? ABOUT command lists exactly what you need to share here with us.
Did you use any migration tools to move content from an old LT installation? Or is this a clean install?
Your Windows OS is...?
Which PDF driver are you plotting to? Current versions install 5 by default, did you try them all?

Please answer all questions above. If you do not know answers, go find out first then come back to post.

-> ALL files.

Has this ever worked with you current setup? Or is this a new setup?
-> Problem happened from the first day I setup till now. (I setup the CAD on 7th of April. 2019)

Your AutoCAD/LT year version is...?
-> My version is AutoCAD/LT 2019

ABOUT command lists exactly what you need to share here with us.
-> Don't know what this means exactly. I just want to print out my drawings. My drawings are well printed with other computers, but not with mine. so I think there's no problem with my drawings. Maybe having a problem with my computer setup. And I want to know which 'setup' making this problem.

Did you use any migration tools to move content from an old LT installation? Or is this a clean install?
-> No. This is the very first time I install LT on my computer.

Your Windows OS is...?
-> Window7

Which PDF driver are you plotting to? Current versions install 5 by default, did you try them all?
-> Yes. I tried all 5 different versions, in case these are right; 1.AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation)/2.AutoCAD PDF(High quality print)/3.AutoCAD PDF(Smallest file)/4.AutoCAD PDF(Web and Mobile)/5.DWG to PDF. Plus, there's problem with not only conversion to PDF, also print with local printer. Actually, if I could get hard copy of my drawing, I wouldn't try to convert into PDF.

Thank you for your reply. Hope to get help further.

Fix your files Contact support listed in the app for help.

Or Reset AutoCAD https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2018/ENU/AutoCAD-Customization...

As a last resort remove and reinstall it https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Recommen...

Avoid importing/migration any older versions content until the problem is solved.

By the way, Windows7 becomes obsolete and unsafe to use in 3-months https://www.lifewire.com/windows-7-end-of-life-4161085
You can still get Win10 free.
