Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Community.

The 0 of 1 seat available indicates that the available seat on subscription is already assigned to a named user. I checked the details and the single seat of AutoCAD LT is currently assigned to you so that shouldn't be an issue and you should be able to access your AutoCAD LT subscription using your own account.

With regard to the download failing, could you provide the error message that you were getting so we could troubleshoot further? Also, you may opt to try the other download methods available from your account. You can find these by changing the platform and language options in the download menu.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks.

Thanks to all! Looks like I needed to uninstall and then reinstall security software. AutoCAD LT 2017 up and running!
