Turn off xref

All i need to do is turn the xref on and off?

How do i do this? not tunring all of the layer on and off, is there not a simple on off button?

Press XR, right click the Xref/file, click UNLOAD. Click RELOAD to turn it back on

If you want to do it with layers, you can drill down into the xref layer filter and right click and choose Freeze. This will freeze all of the xref layers.

Or you can UNLOAD the xref (not detach it).
