Tool Description when hovering over tool no working in AutoCAD 2017

Hi,

I have just got a subscription for AutoCAD LT 2017 and finding that the tool description is not showing when I hover over the tool.  I have set up classic workspace.

Please let me know if you know how to get it to work.

Classic Workspace in LT2027 was a custom manual creation by you: its not built in.
OPTIONS command, second tab from the left, are all the boxes pertaining to popups checked? They need to be to get access to all the help-based popups available in the program.

Hi Dean

Yes, I am used to the Classic workspace and wanted it that way.  Your tip worked, some of the boxes were unticked in OP.  Thanks for your help with that.
