Title block in a shade of grey does not print

We have a PDF of a drawing from AutoCAD LT 2014 printing on an HP T610, the drawing prints ok apart from the Title Block which is in a shade of grey.

If the title block on the drawing is changed to black an it print ok. I have tried a myriad of settings both on Acrobat Reader and the HP GL2 printer driver to no avail. Any ideas

Have you tried a darker shade of grey?

Which color in ACAD, which color in PDF?

Attach DWG+PDF (+ scan of your paper if the PDF looks well)

Thank you, we have just tried a darker shade of grey and it prints. Funny thing is we only have the problem on the HP T610, it prints fine on our A3 printer.
