I have an HP 15.6" 15-f233wm Laptop and was wondering if I be able to install autocad 2017 LT on it.

According to the System Requirements, AutoCAD LT 2017 should be able to run on your system. To make sure that it is going to perform to your expectations I suggest downloading a Trial version to test.
