Suppress extensions lines for radius dimensions only

Is there a way to suppress extensions lines for a radius dimension without having to turn off extension lines in the Dimension Style dialog box?  I would like to be able to suppress extension lines for radius dimensions without affecting linear dimensions.

It's the same variable for all dimensions using the same style: but you can turn off individual dim-object settings using PROPERTIES command (as in select only the radius dimension to make the change without affecting the linear dimensions in place).

Or have a dimstyle just for Dim Radius to use.
