Software crashes

I can open the file .dwg but as soon as I want draw something or do something I receive the following message:

AUTOCAD LT cannot continue. You can attempt to save changes into the following file up to the start of the last command: C:\Users\folde.....\file.dwg

After your changes you can open or recover the file. Should Autocad LT try to save your changes?

Either if I press yes or no the software crashes

Hi,

Open new file command RECOVERALL select cad file

or

upload your cad file
