Snap to objects in an array not working

I have a drawing that I have a rectangular array in.  I use the array as a "place holder" for objects in a layout.  For some reason, I can no longer snap to the place holders.  I am sure it is a fubared setting, but cannot find it..

More info:

Rectangular array is 7x4 rectangles.  There is another array, same size below it that has different door types (Access Control drawing).  I generally grab a door type from the array below and move it to the array above.  I used to be able to snap the door type to a specific rectangle in the associated array above, but it snaps to the base of the array.

Do you have the correct object snaps turned on? What are those objects? if blocks is it maybe the insertion point that is being used as the snap. How are you selecting the snap points do they highlight as normal? A picture doesn't really explain what is happening.

We are having the exact same issue here on two different stations. Snapping to the objects in the array worked just fine one day. Open the file the next morning, and you cannot snap to anything in the array except the original object in the array.

Just solved it right after I posted. Layer 0 in the file is Frozen. If you Unfreeze Layer 0, snapping to the array works as expected.
