Snap not working with circle.

Hi

So for some odd reason my snap is working on all objects within a file except for circles. I have turned all the snaps on and off, regenall, osmode to 0 then reset everything, turned on the magnet, I am out of ideas as to what is causing this on the file. If I open a new drawing file and draw a circle snapping to the object everything works out perfect but once I switch back over to the working file snap refuses to work.

AUDIT the troublesome file and WBLOCK may be useful as well to clean up the offending file.

snap? Sounds like you mean OSNAP to me: look up SNAP, it's totally different.

Which osnap exactly, and are you sure the "circle" object is a circle or arc? Your experiment suggests something unique may be at play.
