Set Scale for Drawing

In 2000 I could set or change the scale for the drawing being created. I don't remember the path now, but the screen included text size, dimension line standoff, decimals or fractions, tolerances, etc. So far I have not found a way to set or change the scale of the drawing being created in LT2013. I discovered drawing properties but that's not it. Would anyone know where such can be found? Hi, what I think you are looking for is the dim style manager.
