I need to take the diagrams I draw in AutoCAD LT to have the same image quality after inserting them into a word. doc for printing as I would have if I printed it from PDF. How cn this be achieved?

Hi jakebridgeman53 and welcome to the Forums!

This is really more of a Word question than a CAD one. If you create an image from AutoCAD LT that is 150 dpi or high you should be able to put it in another document and have it print fine. Here is a link I found with a quick search that might help.

PNGOUT command works well, set the rasterdpi variable to what you need it to be first.

Hello,

I believe this is a pdf to word issue and not an AutoCAD problem. I tried changing all the DPI ratings throughtout and none of them helped with my problem. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I had to get with a friend who knew what the DPI was. Thank you for your help.
