"AutoCAD PDF (Smallest File).pc3" vs "DWG to PDF.pc3"

With the New update of AutoCAD 2018, I have to change from using "DWG to PDF.pc3" to "AutoCAD PDF (Smallest File).pc3" whenever I create a pdf using AutoCAD 2018 due to the file size of the PDF being too large. My question is why do I need to do this, and what is the difference between the two Plotter Configuration Files?

what does "too large" mean to the rest of us?
And does this happen with ALL files or just this one file?

It only happens with this one file. And it keeps printing to a 30-32 MB file size and I need it to be 4 MB, I had a friend do it and it worked just fine printing to 4 MB but I have actually had this same problem with the AutoCAD PDF (Smallest File).pc3 and I do not know why my computer is doing it differently.

What is different from your LT2018 setup to the other fellow's LT2018 setup?
Did you use the migration tool to upgrade from an older version?
Do you have fonts the other user does not? Or are you missing one they do not?
What are the PDF options you used that they did not?

Can you post that DWG file here for the rest of us to try it? We are not seeing anything like that here.with LT2018 in our office.

I Cant post the DWG but I did figure out something... In the spot where it said 400 and 200 in the picture I had 600 and 400 and then when I changed it, it plotted to the same file size and the other person.

So I had the Vector Quality at 600 and the Raster Image Quality at 400 and once I changed it to what it is in the picture it fixed it.
