Publish Using Page Setup Override Not doing Multipage PDF

I have recently upgraded my AutoCAD LT from 2020 to 2023. When I went to publish a sheet set using the Publish using Page Setup Override, as I have always done, the PDF prompted me to save each page separately instead of putting it into a multi-sheet PDF. The Sheet Set PDF Publish Options doesn't seem to effect the Page Setup Override, it only effects the built-in AutoCAD PDF publishing process.

Any help here would be great, thanks.

When you publish. After you've selected the PDF option click on PUBLISH OPTIONS. Is MULTI-SHEET FILE checked? See the image below

I am not using that interface. From the Sheet Set Manager I am using the right click->Publish->Publish using Page Setup Override, then selecting the override setup I want to use. Once I do that it just starts to print to PDF. Even if I do look where you are noting, it is as you show, but it doesn't seem to matter with using the Page Setup Override options.

I believe "Pagesetup Overrides" do not automagically change PUBLISH command's default PDF driver settings to output to multi-sheet vs single-sheet in any version of AutoCAD/LT. Perhaps this is the first time you've done it between an old and new version of AutoCAD/LT?
Or did you do that in LT2020 after installing it from an older version and it worked as you wish it to do now?

Either way, the fix seem simple enough, should take you more than a few minutes shorter than time spent so far diagnosing it.

I have been using this form of printing from the Sheet Set Manager for many years including & before AutoCAD 2020LT. This is the first time it has not automatically printed to a multi-sheet PDF, using the same print driver.

I have made a work around for a smaller file with only a dozen page layouts. I set the layout tabs to extends & printed using the built-in Publish to PDF function, but this won't help me on any ongoing/older files, that have much more page layouts to reconfigure.

I have the same issue and I am using AutoCAD 2024, did you find a solution?

The only solution I had was to use an older version of AutoCAD LT to print. I have since started to use the built-in Publish to PDF where my layouts are set as Window that centers it on the page accordingly. Older projects would still need to be printed from AutoCAD LT 2020. I am still using AutoCAD LT 2023. Maybe 2025 will fix this issue.
