Problems freezing program & PC

I recently bought a new computer and installed ACAD LT 2023.  Program locks-up suddenly and entire PC becomes unresponsive and will not recover.  I end up having to long press power button for a cold-boot restart.

Not sure if this is software or hardware related?? I have not experienced this on my older laptop so thinking it may be a compatability issue with new computer (i7HP 64 bit running Windows 11 Home Edition).

Also, not sure if this may be a contributing thing but I have been working off of a thumb drive because I constantly switch from Pc to Laptop throughout the day.  Please help, very frustrating issue I've been experiencing last couple of months.

Could be graphics compatibility i 

Please share rest of hardware specs like ram, graphics card, 

do a screen shot of AutoCAD 2023s about screen showing version#

Could be a graphics card compatibility issue. Start LT and enter command Graphicsconfig and turn off hardware acceleration and see if that fixes the problem
