Problemi generici

Salve,

mentre stavo lavorando con autocad LT 2015, nel provare a spostare un testo tenendo premuto il tasto sinistro, improvvisamente autocad si blocca e invio un rapporto/segnalazione dell'errore.

Nel riaprire autocad mi accorgo che alcune funzionalità non funzionano più, come creare un blocco, modificare il testo con doppio click tasto sinistro, non funziona più il tasto cancella e altre funzioni che usavo tranquillamente prima.

Come posso risolvere il problema?

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD LT forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Did you happen to retain the CER number when it crashed? If so, I can look up what might have caused the problem. In the mean time, I suggest a Reset Settings to Default to see if that returns everything back to normal for your installation.

Grazie mille per l'aiuto, dopo aver resettato le impostazioni sembra essere ritornato tutto come prima.
