Problem

Hi, Im beginner in autocad. I installed autocad 2017 and every time I start up the program it says that I might have problems because of resolution, and I have it ofcourse.... Everything is so small and mini.. When I try to make a new layer I cant cause its so small. Heres some pics, I hope someone know how to solve my problem 😄
