Problem storing spline in a dxf file

I  have a program in VC++ that create a DXF file from a drawing made on VC++ (MFC). nothing big, just circles lines polylines and points. Now I´m including spline identity in this file (I haven´t it before)  and it is not working for version 14 that I´m testing. I made the spline as the reference manual and have tested several aproaches without success. When Autocad try to read the dxf it cames with the massage after I press F2:  "Group code not valid for the object on line 31982 Invalid DXF File" (I dont know if the message in english is exatly this because my version is in portuguese). Sure the 210 is a valid group for SPLINE it is the x of normal vector. I´m attaching the complete DXF file. Any help will be appreciated;

The dxf lines are:
