Printing / exporting to PDF - Layout has raster image thats solid black

I have a AutoCAD lt 2015 layout that includes a company logo.  On a different computer it prints just fine.  When I tried to do the same thing on my laptop every time I try to export the drawing as a PDF the raster image renders as a solid black item rather than display the image properly.

I have tried adjusting contrast, and fade, etc. no luck I tried printing and then exporting as PDF, same problem.

Other computer also using LT2015?
Other computer suing the same exact pdf driver and settings you are? If yes, what are these?
What raster image type is the logo?
Is today the first time you've had this problem? Or did something change with your now three-year-old LT version?

Both computers use same version.  I have not had to use the laptop(the new computer) since installing it.  I used the same template file that I brought from the other computer. Both computers are Macs.

For the image I tried a .png which didn't look right within autocad so I used a .jpg image which looked fine within autocad but would never export properly.  The solution is probably something simple.  I am just now trying to use this other computer that I typically do not use so this would be a first time to setup this template to export to pdfs.  Everything looks good but the image file. Any ideas on what I am probably overlooking?

Ok thanks.

Found reason for the problem though and thought I should update.

Upgrading Mac OS to Sierra is what seemed to cause the problem.  Upgrading to newest AutoCAD version seemed to resolve it.
