Plotter Calibration changes will not stick

Hi,

We bought a new plotter HP Designjet T1600. Plotter works great. We print autocad files to real size.  Since then Plotter Calibration changes will not stick. The plotter has an IP address.

I am trying to save the changes to a temporary PC3 file, but it does not work.

Trying to find a path to save, but can't find one.  All our plots have size problems.

How can I solve this problem?

Is there a technician that we can pay to solve this problem?

Montreal, Canada.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sacha.

Can you elaborate please? It is unclear what you tried, where you tried it, and what the challenge is.

-plot
-then chose my printer
-In printer/Plotter I chose the Properties
-went in User-defined paper sizes (printable Area)
-chose plotter calibration.
-I printed a test, mesured it, and entered the new measurements.
-tried to save it to a temporary PC3 file to apply to this plot only.
--(it says: Autocad LT Error) There was an error saving the file to the path I chose.
-tried to save changes to the following file.
-(it says: Autocad LT Error) Please enter a legal filename.

This will not work, could be a limitation of your Windows login credentials/rights (aka that location is locked to you from adding content to it):

Is that the same folder as the one that comes up when you type PLOTTERMANAGER command? If not, try there instead. if it is, try a different folder that is part of your LT2017 search paths as defined in OPTIONS command's FILES tab, very top entry.

The problem is the path. I am trying to find how to get the path from my PC to our server. I don't know how to do that, but will tey my best.

Thank you for your help.
