We are installing AutoCAD LT 2016 and having a problem printing to HP Laserjet 5100.  I have double checked all specs and we seem to be fine there.  Laptops are fine, but we are getting the following error when trying to print from our desktops:

Hmm, we are not having any issues with our LT2016s with SP1 and our HP5100 or our HP5550 (we are all on Win7 and Win8.1): are you using a different Windows version?
What's different abut the laptops?
Are you using a PC3 file? As in, not plotting directly to the system driver?

Do you have SP1 installed?

Yes, we do have the Service Pack installed.  And we are using the Windows System Driver.

Can you respond to the other questions I posed?

They all, including the laptops are all different.  I have no idea what might be a problem on the desktops?

I can't replicate this issue: can you share a DWG file with this problem and tell me how to reproduce the error? make sure you can do so first yourself, don't rely on someone else' opinion.

We are having this issue.  I have tried creating new PC3 files and have went back to defaults on the profile.  In AutoCAD 2013, we use a PC3 file with 4 sets of media Ansi A, Ansi B, Ansi C, and Ansi D.

In AutoCAD 2016 it works with whatever media type was selected when the PC3 was selected but it won't work with the others.  It works in AutoCAD 2013.

The first Screen is Ansi A and this works.

So then I try changing only the paper size to Ansi B.  It does not print.

The third screenshot has the helpful plot details.  Here a couple of the fails.

Thanks, We are running Service Pack 1.  I will try to take a close look at the paper size from AutoCAD and the Custom properties to see if there is a difference.
