Plot pdf to scale

Hi,

I am having trouble plotting my drawings to scale. I have my page setup at A3, and the viewport is set to 1:25. I draw in model space in 1:1. When I go to plot the preview shows only a small portion of the page as below;

It's probably something very basic but I just cannot figure it out! I've researched all over - please help

It is difficult to see the problem from just an image, but it looks like your layout is set up as an A1 paper size so what you are seeing is just that portion of the layout that would fit onto an A3 sheet. And looking at your dimensions in the second image then that is correct. If the scale is 1:25 for an A1 sheet you cannot plot the same layout onto A3 at the same scale.

You need to use the 'page layout manager' to set up a drawing for plotting to A3

So if you look at your PLOT command pop-up, you will see a heavy RED outline at the preview element: do you know what that means? It means your result is what is going to happen.
