plot has extra step

Trying to plot.  I am used to this screen coming up but not the next one.  ???   Just started with a new company.  Is this new?  Seems so time consuming.

Thanks for the reply.  Have you seen this before?  It is a small company with only remote IT.  I have been doing Cad for 30 years, never had this pop up.  Is there a setting?

Looks like your choice of a printer is triggering an extra tracker/step. You'll need to ask someone over there all about it. You can always change that to PLOT to PDF in AutoCAD.
