Please help me to fix imported text

We've received Placards Manufacture drawing from third party where almost all text fonts a little rotated (see attached drawing).
Is it possible to make their rotation o by few commands? I've tried to find "rotation" its properties, but I don't see it.

I will be very appreciated you if you help me.

Just do the following steps with Properties window opened to the side:

1) Enter Units command and under Angle Precision select the max # of zeros

2) Left mouse click on one of the green Text objects like AUXPWR

3) Right mouse click and on the context menu that appears left mouse click on Select Similar

4) With the Properties window now showing Text (85), click on Rotation field and enter 0

To adjust existing text objects:

1. Select the affected text object(s).
2. Open the PROPERTIES palette.
3. Adjust the Match orientation to layout setting from 'Yes' to 'No.'

To adjust text styles:

1. Identify the affected text style(s).
2. At the command line, enter STYLE to launch the Text Style dialog box.
3. Select the text style from the list.
4. Uncheck the Match text orientation to layout setting, then Apply.

Thank you very much for your solution.
In my understanding, the reason why I could not change the angle of the text is that was not enough number of decimal units.
After I did maximum of the units, it let me make all text angles equivalent to zero.

what about the second part of the task, I am still conservative, doing it different way since 1990th:
I call command "Filter", then select "Text Style", applying it to certain area and changing text's angle.

I'm not understanding the 2nd part of your question. Does not the first part of changing the rotation angle to 0 solve all your problems?

Everything worked. I could click the right click on the mouse and select; "Select similar", but on this case all texts selected. What I did:
I call command "Filter", then:

That way I could select all required texts.

I see...yes Filter is another very good command which came way before Select Similar.
