Parameters in Model Space: Change multiple from one spot

Is there a way to have a list of parameters that when one of the list items is changed, it updates all attributes/text that contains that parameter?

For example, I have a drawing that contains blocks of my company's custom page borders. The way we plot drawings is we have the title blocks lined up in model space, then we viewport the title blocks into a paper space layout, with another viewport inside the title block which shows the model. There tends to be multiple page sizes within the same drawing that require different-sized title blocks. I want to be able to change the date in all of the blocks without having to select an instance of each size of title block then SELECTSIMILAR then changing the common attributes.

We have separate sized title blocks as well, but they each have a common attribute in them with called DATE and the default value is date

Now to change the date in all those different blocks all I have to do is a search and replace and make sure it's case sensitive and they all change at the same time

You can use a CUSTOM FIELD

It is accessible at the small (A_LT) icon on top left -> Drawing properties

Insert it in the block definitions of the frames, or separately if you prefer. Whenever you update the field - it will be updated in all instances. Better make a REGENALL (REA form the keyboard, fon't know where it is in the ribbon) just to be sure it is really updated before printing/publishing
