object enablers

Using Autocad LT 2008 and having huge trouble opening files containing x refs and cutting and pasting between any files.

Having explored a number of options have been directed to AutocadLT object enabler Assistant.

downloaded the following but now asking for the serial number from the website which doesn't appear on Enabler assistant website where i downloaded it.

Am at my wits end. any help gratefully recieved.

MEP2008LTOE.exe (exe - 13362Kb)
MEP2008LTOE.chm (chm - 54Kb)

The AutoCAD MEP 2008 LT Object Enabler makes AutoCAD MEP 2008 objects come to life in AutoCAD LT 2008.

Object Enablers are freeware applications distributed to Autodesk customers at no charge for the purpose of fully accessing AEC drawing files. They enable the following Autodesk products to access the AEC objects stored in your drawings. Without this enabler installed, you can share drawings using proxy graphics representations or Export to AutoCAD.

The MEP2008LTOE.chm file must be saved locally prior to opening.
