I can add new tool palette tabs, but can't add blocks, at least not where I can see them. Inserted blocks seem to collect under that pesky new features workshop link. That only disappears when I add text or a separator. However, freshly inserted blocks remain invisible.
Also seems to be a Design Center issue related to navigation, not sure if it is related.
