moving/transferring AutoCAD LT 2014 from one computer to another.

I have a licence for Autocad lt 2014, but i need to change my computer. I don't have the installation file neither the product key. How can I get that information? and, How can I make the migration?. Thank you in advance.

Have you setup an Autodesk account? If you have then you can access this information in your Autodesk Account ( Download file, Serial number/product key).

Download Methods for Autodesk Account  or you can download your AutoCAD product for the Virtual Agent.

I have tried with transfer utility but it doesn't Works for me. Shows a number 40 as a error. I have print my screen.

That usually means your PC and Autodesk's servers are not talking together over the internet. It will not transfer the program to another PC either, is that your actual Problem?

Any reason you cannot simply authorize LT2014 on the new PC like you did way back when on the old PC? You can get the LT2014 download like this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/software-downloads/previous-versi... and you can get the LT2014 product key from here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/find-ser...

Hi @Anonymous, 

I modified your attachments to not show your serial number. I would recommend that you be careful with what you share on the public forums.

Here is a Checklist for troubleshooting Activation and Licensing issues that you should look over. 

If you're still having trouble activating, however, I would recommend chatting with our Registration and Activation team:

1. Visithttp://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2. Select Installation & Activation
3. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
4. Select Activating A Product
5. Select “I Still Need Help” if you need personal assistance

Post back if you are unable to get any assistance or activate your product.
