missing annotative object in blocks

I made a drawing with annotative objects and was all good. I opened the drawing today and half of my annotative objects look deleted. I was almost done the drawing so was hoping I could fix it somehow. In the picture it should show a full circle.

Thanks for your response. I had someone helping me out. It looked like there was a wipeout issue causing some items to not be seen. Not sure how that happened but entered the wipeoutframe value to 1 and they all appeared.
