Acad Lt 2020 Win10 Pro 64bit- 16 GB. i7-8700 CPU @ 3.2 Ghz.
I seem to be losing options, functions, etc. When I select an object, the layer the object is on no longer appears in the small layer window on the ribbon. I have the layer & property palettes docked on the lt side. Now, I have to physically select the layers palette to see what is going on with the object. I used to be able to switch the objects' layer from the little window on the ribbon, too. But since it no longer appears, that function is gone. Plus, I used to double click on any text ( it didn't matter if it was dtext, mtext or an attribute) & it would let me edit the text right then & there. Now, I have to select the text & find the edit text button to accomplish the same task. I had a workspace created, saved & accessed it hoping it would go back to the saved settings plus rebooted but the problem persists. This started 2 days ago.
